CONSTRUCTION

The RONDO Plus radiator design is a kind of unique development. The unique conclusion is that the Vperi managed to connect three, and not two, as it was early, steel calls-lecturers into a single, sealed whole called the "foundation element". Moreover, vertical steel channels are different-they are increased in diameters (20mm) and wall thickness (2mm), and the horizontal collector is also made of low-carbon high-quality steel and has a wall thickness of 4mm. All this is enclosed in an aluminum body-shaped shell made of high-strength aluminum alloy by injection molding. The device has a six-row demand, which provides effective telpower and maximum strength.

Separate sections of the radiator are connected to each other into a single design with ASSISTANT NIPPELS RELEVED by the method of cold-forcing, followed by anti-corrosion treatment. As intersectional seals, gaskets in the form of silicone rubber rings are used, which is heat-resistant and chemically resistant to any environment. The end surfaces of the manifolds have grooves (depressions) where the round pro-masonry is placed, thus a dense kayuko-like gasket fills the entire internal cavity in the groove, thereby creating perfect thermality of the sections between themselves and the radiator as a whole.

The used method of connecting sections using round silicone pads makes it easy to regroup radiators based on the needs of collie sections.

PAINTING

The painting of the radiators is carried out in a sequined way, which excludes the non-concealment of the side walls. Sections can easily regroup (unwind and twist by means of removed steel nipples) without fear that paint will peel or slug on the edges, because the sections, as noted-an elk earlier, are painted separately, and not assembled.

The staining process takes place In several stages: pre-cooking of the surface, the coating-skka process itself and the subsequent high-temperature drying.

The enamel coating has excellent adhesion to the metal, has increased resistance to external influences and retains its personal color for the entire service life.
