RELIABILITY
Reliability is achieved by a special design of radiator sections, in which a steel embedded part was used to exclude contact of the coolant with the aluminum case. This technology made it possible to obtain a device that is as resistant as possible to the effects of an aggressive environment, especially characteristic of central heating systems.
Individual radiator sections are connected to each other into a single structure using steel nipples made by cold forging followed by an anti-corrosion coating. Additional rings of heat-resistant, chemically resistant silicone are used as sealing rings. The advanced methods used in the creation of the device make it possible to achieve tightness and durability of the radiator intersectional connections, as well as ease of burnout sections depending on the need.
PAINTING
The painting of the radiator sections is carried out in several stages: preliminary preparation of the surface before painting, the staining process itself and the subsequent high-temperature drying.
The enamel coating has excellent adhesion to the metal, has increased resistance to external influences and retains its original color throughout the entire service life.

In the process of painting, only high-quality environmentally friendly white enamel RAL 9010 is used.
THERMODYNAMIC
The RONDO radiator has an increased heat dissipation, which is confirmed by the results of the tests. High heat dissipation is achieved by closing the steel vertical and horizontal channel with an aluminum alloy under high pressure.
This casting technology makes it possible to exclude the formation of air chambers between steel and aluminum during the casting of sections and, as a result, makes it possible to obtain a high heat exchange between the coolant and the environment.
GUARANTEE
The warranty life of the heating radiator is at least 15 years, subject to the use of original components and compliance with the rules for the installation and operation of heating devices in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.04.05-91 and SNiP 3.05.01-85 "Internal sanitary and technical systems".
